I purchased my ultrasound video and watched it just fine on my iPhone but now I would like to share it! How do I do that? I don't see any options for it. Thanks!


Check the instructions in our forums for how to download.


Once you have the download copy you can share via ehatever method you prefer ( facebook, youtube etc. ).

I purchased my live sonogram and it won't download, when I select download.




Please note:

***** Only a Mommy account is eligible to download the video stream and a Mommy account does NOT provide live viewing since the mommy will be present at the ultrasound. 

Download methods will vary based on the device and browser you are using to access the website.

For Google Chrome you can simply click the download link and the download will start automatically.

For most other browsers you would right click the download link and select "save target as" or "save link as"

For downloading directly to a mobile device you will need to use a download manager app with a built in browser:

Both apps are free and developed and provided by other parties. We cannot provide support for those products.

How do I add people to the viewing????


You can invite others to purchase access to the live and archived version of your ultrasound session by logging into your Mommy Account, selecting the link for the date and time of your appointment and adding their email address to the invitation list. An email will be sent to your invitee with all the required info to make the purchase.

Simply login to your account and invite them. Then, login as them and make the purchase for them. When they come to login it will show that they are all set to go on the date and time of your appointment.

To obtain a refund, please create a support ticket and include the first and last name of the cardholder that made the purchase along with the e-mail address associated with the purchase. Refunds are processed daily and typically will take 24 to 48 hours to return to your card.
